Abstrakt		Metastases of squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck skin are rare. Parotid and cervical lymph nodes (grade I-` represent the first echelon of lymphatic drainage from primary cutaneous sites in the head and neck. At the Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Cervicofacial Surgery of Ljubljana, 12 patients were treated during the period from 1992 to 2001. All were treated with neck dissection, and 10 patients also received radiotherapy after surgery. A recurrence was observed in 4 (30%) patients.
Izvleček		Zasevki ploščatoceličnega raka kože glave in vratu so razmeroma redki. Obušesna slinavka in vrat s področji I-V predstavljajo prvo bariero primarnih lokalizacij kožnega raka glave in vratu. Na Kliniki za otorinolaringologijo in cervikofacialno kirurgijo v Ljubljani smo v letih od 1992 do 2001 zdravili 12 bolnikov. Pri vseh smo naredili odstranitev vratnih bezgavk, 10 jih je bilo po operaciji tudi obsevanih. Ponovitve so bile pri 4 bolnikih (30%).
