Abstrakt		Voice disorders in subjects with cleft lip, alveolus and/or palate are reported to be the terciar disorders of the malformation and are the consequence of velopharyngeal insufficiency and disordered articulation. The paper presents the prevalence of voice disorders in the population of 151 children with clefts. The results of the study showed that voice disorders are not more frequent in children with clefts than in the population of healthy children.
Izvleček		Članek opisuje pojavljanje glasovnih motenj v populaciji 151 otrok z razcepi v področju ustnice, čeljustnega grebena in/ali neba. Glasovne motnje naj bi nastale kot terciarna motnja prirojene nenormalnostiin so posledica velofaringealne insuficience ter motene izreke. Izsledki raziskave kažejo, da glasovne motnje med otroki z razcepi niso pogostejše (8,6%) kot v populaciji zdravih otrok.
