| Abstrakt | The goal of this study was to examine phonatory characteristics of 13 hearing impaired children and their paired control subjects without hearing impairment. Hearing impaired children had shorter average times of sustained phonation and friction, and more expressed variations in vocal folds vibration. The differences in the average results of aerodynamic tests and average values of phonation parameters between the two groups of subjects were statistically significant. | |
| Izvleček | V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 13 otrok z motnjo sluha in 13 otrok z normalnim sluhom. Cilj raziskave je bil primerjava fonacijskih značilnosti med skupinama preizkušancev. Otroci z motnjo sluha so imeli v povprečju krajšo fonacijo in frikcijo in manj sprememb variacij pri vibriranju glasilk kot otroci z normalnim sluhom. Razlika med skupinama preizkušancev na rezultatih aerodinamičnih testov in na fonacijskih parametrih je statistično pomembna. | |
