Abstrakt		The paper presents a new method for achieving simple and more appropriate adaptation of a split-thickness skin graft into the defect resulting from cancer excision in the upper oral vestibular region. A small balloon attached to the patient's complete maxillary dental prosthesis provided good adaptation of the graft. The prosthesis was held in place by elastic rings and circumzygomatic wires. The skin graft healed well and the new gingivobuccal sulcus was deep enough to allow the patients to successfully wear the subsequently modified prosthesis.
Izvleček		V članku je predstavljena nova, enostavna metoda fiksacije Thierschevega kožnega presadka po eksciziji karcinoma v področju zgornjega ustnega preddvora. Dobro učvrstitev presadka v pooperacijski defekt smo dosegli z majhnim balonom, ki smo ga pričvrstili na bolničino zobno protezo. Zobno protezo smo preko elastičnih obročkov pripeli na cirkumzigomatični žici. Kožni presadek se je dobro vrasel v novo oblikovani, dovolj globoki ustni preddvor. Bolnica svojo protetično prilagojeno protezo uporablja brez težav.
