Abstrakt		Revealing bad news is one of the most difficult tasks of the family physician. We dealt with this theme at a seminar that lasted two days, through methods of playing roles and recording interviews (by videocamera) with "patients-actors". In this way physicians became aware of the changes they experienced when announcing bad news. Fears and experiences are shown before and after the seminar. Participants were primarily cencerned how bad news would affect the patient and they were aware that they lack the skills to present bad news in an adequate way. They learnt the strategy of announcing bad news, how to behave with patients who react emotionally and how to react when a patient asks a difficult question.
