Abstrakt		Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) and mycoplasmas cause infections in pregnancy and after delivery; the infection can be transmitted to the newborn. As for the choice of laboratory tests, selection of the tested population, and treatment, the recommendations for CT have been partly prepared, whereas for mycoplasmas the decision depends on the individual judgment of the patient. Recommendations have not been prepared so far due to unclear opinions.
