Abstrakt		As evident from the statistics with the continuous growth of drugs users is growing the numbers of poisoning. With the increasing of drug abuse the poisoning are more common, during the day the poisoning are more frequent after midnight or early in the morning. There are different ways of approach to a patient, the use of antidotes or other therapy should be careful in dependence of our information or evident symptoms of certain drug abuse. It is very important to recognize the substance and to have enough information about possible contemporary use of more than one substance. It is very important to give credit to any useful information from friends or other reliable people. When we encounter patient that are intoxicated with a modern dance drug it make sense to observe the symptoms and to take measures in the basis of them.
