Abstrakt     Bacteriological analyses of 55 samples of raw meat, 29 samples of minced meat and 180 samples of sausages were carried through analyses following regulations of our and Danish bacteriological standards. Basing an the oamparison of results, we suggest modification of our regulations far raw meat, minced meat and sausages in such a way, that they should approach or even be identical to the Danish ones.
