Abstrakt		This article is about the most often injuries and states, needing urgent intervention. Approach to seriously injured child is described according to the structural principle. Head injury is treated at the beginning, as it is relatively often injury in paediatric urgent practice and particularly primary and secondary brain injuries. Instructions on proper urgent medical help in case of chest, abdominal and spinal injuries are given.
