Abstrakt     Stress urinary incontinence is the most common type of urinary leakage in women. Conservative therapy is considered the first line therapy for the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. Pharmacotherapy is a new treatment option. It aims to increase intraurethral closing pressure by increasing tone in the urethral smooth muscle and by affecting tone of the striated muscle in the urethra and pelvic floor muscles.
