| Abstrakt | Confrontation with elimination, negotiations, mediations and (in)formal arbitration have been four ways of conflict resolution, known in human history. Successful negotiations demand functional respect of the norms of negotiation and consideration of negotiational processes. Different kinds of negotiation are known: business and political negotiations, negotiations relating industrial conflicts, negotiations in therapeutics groups etc.; negotiations can take place with or without mediation (mediator). There is no success in life without social skill of successful negotiations. | |
