Abstrakt		Psoriasis is a genetically determined disease and is driven by activated memory T cells in psoriatic plaques. Psoriasis, a disease with diverse manifestation and chronic course affects about 1% - 2% of the population. Type of psoriasis, extent and location of lesions, individual factors and effect of disease on patient quality oflife are the main factors for psoriasis therapy planning. Combination, rotational and sequential treatment strategies can be highly effective and less toxic.
