Abstrakt		The introductory part emphasises the importance of man in work process. The reasonableness of "investments" in various forms of psychosocial programmes which help us as individual beings with personalities, realised within a group and capable of quality communication as well as interaction and team work. ln the continuation l briefly summarised theoretical concepts of communication training and cognitive behavioural psychotherapy, which provide the theoretical basis for our programmes. Based on the studies of Judith Proudfood and Tony Machin, I presented the evaluation of efficiency of such approach. The last part displays four modules of psychosocial programme which is implemented in the practice firm: Module for discovering and learning efficient communication methods, Module for cognitive restructuring strategies, Module for discovering efficient stress control strategies, Module for team-writing of seminar papers.
