Abstrakt     When the person remains in one position for too long time, the pressure on the skin can cause the break down of the skin. A wound called a pressure sores can develop. Another risk factors can also contribute to pressure sores, such as too much moisture on the skin or friction. All these factors must be included in our planing of effective health treatment. Certain people are at greater risk for pressure sores. The pressure sores are divided into four stages, depends upon wounds extending. The great majority of pressure sores (95%) can be prevented with good health and nurse practices. ln opposite, serious infections which can spread to the entire body endangering the person's life, can appear.
