Abstrakt		In article we depict introduction of DRGs in General hospital Novo mesto in period between year 2002 ans september 2004. We described the new methodology of evaluation of work done and what we are expecting in return. We have included data, gathered in GHNM and data gatherd by ZZZS (Slovenian Health Insurance Institute). In conclusion of the article we have stated our experience from the introduction and described processes, which are going to be performed in order to form DRGs.
