Abstrakt		With the help of activity the occupational therapy tries to establish the highest possible level. of patient's independence and so improve the quality of his or her life. People with spinal cord injury have to face severe lack in motor functions. They become dependent on other people's help at everyday activities. Heavily disabled people have now been given the chance to control a wider range of activities with the help of computer. The thesis is an analysis of a questionnaire which was carried out arnong the people with spinal cord injury. The results show the connection between the usage of computer and more independent, better life. The analysis has also shown a very big influence of motivation - the key factor of reaching therapeutical goals.
