Abstrakt		Treatment of psychiatric patient doesn't finish with the departure from the hospital, the greatest problems appear when the patient has to live in her/his environment again and incorporate in the important fields of world, like taking care for himself/herself, work and having spare time. In the article it use the quality form of study of the case which helped to show the importance of occupational therapy of psychiatric patient at his/her home. The treatment was concentrated to everyday activities at home. In the twelve weeks long treatment in occupational therapy of the patient at her home the success was found. Because of that treatment the staying of the patient at the hospital was shortened. We ean conelude that the occupational therapy at patient's home is very important and useful.
