Abstrakt		Blunt carotid artery injury is a rare but potentially devastating injury. Conventional angiography remains the investigation of choice. Treatment must be considered on an individual patient basis depending on the presentation, grade and morphology of the lesion. Endovascular management using stent repair is described in young patient injured during repair of an elevator.
