Abstrakt		Many treatment options have been eried to repair lesions and degeneration of articular cartilage (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 17, 12, 13, 14, 15). We performed autologous chondrocytes transplantation (ACT) in twenry patients with full thickness defects in the knee. We represent our first results. The mean follow up is 12 months with three patients greater than 36 months since transplantation. ACT is a good solution for focal full thickness chondral defects of femoral condyles in the knee.
