Abstrakt		Development documentary system health service is very important and necessary exercise for sistematics and independent work in health service.The purposes and the principles of dokumentation are described. Appropriate documentation on variety of nurse*s work areas is described.the documentation needed for different areas of the work of nurses and nursing technicians ‐ nursing care, health education, diagnostic-therapeutic program, telephone calls, reports of incidents ‐ it presented in detail. Special attention is dedicated to confidentiality of such documentation. The modern way of computer documenting is presented and its strong points and deficiencies are presented.
