Abstrakt		Fragility fractures are a growing public health problem, the WHO is warming about geriatric trauma epidemic. The Nevitt's factor of bone fragility explains the etiology and biomechanics of osteoporotic fractures. By modulation of counter and denominator the preventive measures can be performed.
