Abstrakt		Standards of emergency and critical care nursing are being prepared globaly and are implemented throughout the world. They are being prepared at all levels and adjusted individually. General integration is the reason of comprising to European and world streams. The purpose of connecting is establishing unified procedures, composition of frame education standards, equipment, resources, employment, which all enables transparency, free workforce transition and above all assuring quality and professional nursing to our patients. Some drafts of preparing standards, based on Madrid declaration, recommendation of national associations, considering up-todate guidelines of nursing care are presented.
