Abstrakt		Emergency treatment of a patient with serious face injury is presented. The specificities of the admittance at the emergency operating room is emphasized as the pre-operating and intra-operating nursing care as well. The methods of nursing procedures followed a standard protocol. Nursing diagnosis and the goals of the treatment was determined. The operating nursing process is finished by the evaluation.
