Abstrakt     In health care we can meet many conditions that request quick interventions. Abandoning offering help can have unpleasant or even fatal consequences. Appropriate approaches and procedures need to be done as quickly as possible. Because of this fact, it is reasonable to educate an extensive part of the population that they be able to offer help to the people who need it. In these situations a quick intervention is crucial. In order to assure quick reactions it is reasonable to educate wider population about the appropriate procedures. These first aid lessons are obligated for all health workers, target groups as the police officers, firefighters, etc. The basic idea is that in life threatening situations basic procedures can be performed by every person who is present in the place. In order to do that, wider population must have the knowledge of offering help. But we must not forget special endangered group such as a older population. We claim that for this population regular courses are not adequate because of the restriction that they are present among this population. But this must not be reason, for not approaching to this population. We have to prepare special courses in order to give to this population as much as we can.
