Abstrakt		Up to 4% of the population is allergic to Hymenoptera venoms. Specific immunotherapy is very effective for the prevention of further severe systemic IgE-mediated reactions. However, there are many still unsolved problems in the treatment of Hymenoptera allergic patients: Immunotherapy of pauenrs that have experienced allergic reactions ollowing Europcan hornet (Vespa crabro) stings, Patients with positive allergy tests io both honeybee and wasp venom, Anaphylaxis in patients with negativc allergy tests, Effectivcness of immunotherapy, Safety of immunotherapy, Tolerance during early immunotherapy. These problems are addressed in the article.
