Abstrakt		In the course of biological attack we will have same steps before the start with interventions. Usually we can at first recognise the clinical presentation of disease in animals and humans, start epidemiological, epizootical and laboratory investigations and at list interventions. Interventions are combinations of different preventive approaches:chemoprofilactic treatment of victims, vaccination, desinfections, disinfections, deratization. Proper initial prophylactic drugs and schedules are important for prevention of new cases, amelioration of symptoms, lowering mortality rate of victims. Dicisions on suitable prophylactic treatment after exposure are dependent on experiences with different kinds of treatment, mode of transmission of biological agent, availability and toxicity of drugs, agreement with treatment (person, government), adopted national or international programms of chemoprofilactic treatments. Schedules and treatments for some infectious diseases - zoonoses, will be presented.
