Abstrakt		Up to 4% of the population is allergic to Hymenoptera venoms. The specific immunotherapy is very effective for the prevention of further severe systemic IgE mediated reactions. However, there are many still unsolved problems in the treatment of Hymenoptera allergic patients: - Immunotherapy of patients that have experienced allergic reactions following European hornet (Vespa crabro) stings - Patients with positive allergy tests to both honeybee and wasp venom - Anaphylaxis with patients with negative allergy tests - Long term effectiveness of immunotherapy - Safety of immunotherapy.
