Abstrakt		So far, we have found 11 patients with Pagets Disease (PD) in the region of Carinthia. At the time of discovery of PD the average age of patients was 59 years. The males are in majority (8:3). They all have polyostotic form of PD. There is surprisingly high number of our PD patients (10 of 11) from only two places (Črna na Koroškem and Mežica) in the Meža valley-small part of the region of Carinthia, where they were born and where they still live. The number is much higher than in any other part of Slovenia. We have not found any explanation for this fenomenon yet.
