Abstrakt | Aim: Communication between a clinical doctor and family doctor - pysician on primary level has not changed in the last half a century. Communication ways among people have become shorter and clearer, world has become smaller, access to information is widely available. Using modern technology and better communication we can achieve better flux of informations concerning patients after operation between clinicians and physicians on the primary level. Methods: Concerning patients after an operation we recommend a connection between family doctor and clinical doctor with purpose of bidirectional informing and help at hospital treatment and early posthospital care at home.We form a temporary 'perioperation medical team' (PMT), which is comprised of a physician and his nurse - PMT1 (perioperation medical team - primary level) and responsible doctor and a nurse at the surgery department (perioperation medical team-secundary level). We communicate by "hot surgical line". Results and conclusions: We will be able to evaluate the effect of more thorough communication on the basis of number of massages between the two TMT, time spent for communication, postoperation time in the hospital and statisfaction of participants in the hot surgical line. We expect that both teams will gain some useful information of one another and thus better care and satisfaction of patients and their relatives. | |
