Abstrakt		With progressive evolution of microsurgery and anatomical studies of vascularisation of different tissues more than forty donor sites of tissues in the human body have been reported in the literature as usable for microsurgical transplantation. Free tissue transfer of the second toe is just one of them. In this article an example of microsurgigal transfer of the second toe to the amputation stump of the index finger is shown.
