Abstrakt		The program e-Health provides the use of the new technologies of information and communication in all activities of the health care system. In this way, the medical staff will get new skills in following the structural changes, directed to an increased efficacy of a personalised treatment of a patient. This article describes an example of the activity of a medical worker (nurse) on one of the Internet sites, dedicated to the health questions. Communication with patients already presents an important issue in medical care, but new lines of communication amplify the possibilities of offering them useful information. Potential users of the health services have a justified right to get a direct information and an eventual "second opinion" concerning their state of health.
