Abstrakt		Because of free access to the internet the user can find the health information by themselves. So the internet can be very useful for health education of the population and patient education too. For this reason the searching of the database MEDLINE was made with descriptor internet for last seven years. With the same descriptor the database Biomedicina slovenica was examined. The analysis of both databases was made by users availability and quality of resarchable health information. The patients can find some health information about theirs disease but the internet bears certain risks becauseof the quality of health information are many times unsatisfactory and they are frequently not qulified enough and so they can envolve harm to the patients. The patients must use the internet-based health information with more considerations.
