Abstrakt		Head and neck neoplasms are quite common especially among men. Nowadays a combined treatment (surgery, radiation and chemotherapy) is usually used. In our study we assessed with ultrasound changes in common carotid arteries in patients treated with surgery and radiation against surgery, radiation and chemotherapy with Mitomycin C and Bleomycin. There was no statistical difference in ultrasound parameters in carotid arteries between these two treatment regimens.
