Abstrakt		Malignant neoplasms of big blood vessels are rare and they are mainly secondary due to invasion of tumors from surrounding tissues. The main principle of treatment is to extirpate the neoplasm and to preserve or restitute the function of the involved blood vessel. In the case of tumor of vena cava the blood flow could be restored by an artificial graft.
