Abstrakt		This contribution presents a model for treatment of obese children and adolescents on the Course in healthy nutrition and weight loss, developed at the Clinic for schoolchildren and adolescents at the Maribor Health Centre. The professional team, work methods, organisation and results are presented. Our concerted efforts to improve healthy eating and monitor weight loss are summarised. Additions to the systematic approach to education for a healthy lifestyle are planned.
