Abstrakt		Dermatitis herpetiformis is commonly observed in adults and adolescents. We report one of the youngest cases seen so far-a 30-month-old boy. After clinical investigations an asymptomatic gluten-sensitive enteropathy was diagnosed. Skin lesions resolved with gluten-free diet. Dermatitis herpetiformis should be considered in differential diagnosis of chronic dermatitis in early childhood as well. Monitoring for prevention of complications is the greatest problem at this age.
