Abstrakt		Malignant pleural mesothelioma is the most frequent primary tumor of the pleura. In Slovenia the incidence of this tumor is still growing. We are presenting the case of a 63-year-old male patient who was admitted due to shortness of breath, nonprodudive cough and mild chest pain. During the diagnostic procedure, malignant pleural mesothelioma was diagnosed.
