Abstrakt		Syncope is reversible transient loos of consciousness. The loos of consciousness is the result of transient drop of cerebral flow. According to pathophysiologic mechanisms the syncope could be devided in a reflex, orthostatic, a syncope due to arrhytmia, structural heart disease, cerebrovascular diseases, as well as a psyhogenic and nevrologic syncope. A real cause of syncope may be determinated in less then 75% of cases. To determine etiology of syncope is crucial especially in case of cardiogenic one.
