Abstrakt		Abdominal aortic aneurysms is important cause of morbidity and death that require rapid diagnosis and prompt operative repair to offer the patient any chance of survival. Daignosis of the condition can be challenging and carries a high risk of missdiagnosis. We report about patient with acute rupturing of abdominal aortic aneurysms with haemorrhagic shock and a review of litertaure about therapy of haemorrhagic shock and use of ultrasonography in emergency medicine.
