Abstrakt		Because of the larger number of different affected pacients is by the treatment of them into the urgent ambulance used triage. One of the reasons for the advantage treatment is a terible pain. Pain itself could be a symptom for a life dangerous illness. Those patients are scared and have a filling of uneasiness. Because of the patient's subjective experience of the pain and common inhibit communication, is the numerical estimation of the pain problematic. More relevat are descriptive one.
