Abstrakt		The significance of communication in interpersonal, and especially in professional environment is gaining importance, as well as the importance of learning how to communicate. The present article brings some reflections upon communication between us and patient, folks and eyewitnesses, and stresses the specific features of the communication. The necessity of learning how to communication is a fact that has to be taken at work.
