Abstrakt		Folowing article is giving us some insigns of how we should communicate with relatives of heavily injured patients in emergency department. We all know that a good conversation has a very positive effect on relatives so they can easier cope with their loss. It also presents some emotional reactions which we can expectfrom relatives of heavily injured patients.
