Abstrakt		We would like to present you the treatment of a patient with acute myocardiac infarct on the case of urgent transfer from the hospital in Slovenj Gradec to the hospital in Maribor. We can assure the patient successful treatment and immediate recovery after the acute myocardiac infarct only by quick and effective action.
