Abstrakt		This article is aimed to direct attention to the significance of protection devices (a helmet) used by paramedics when working in the field. The use of a helmet in all dangerous situations (traffic accidents, rescue from heights, accidents at work...) is not only a recommended but an obligatory part of the equipment. Paramedic wearing a helmet is optimally protected when working in dangerous situations. In spite of all that, the paramedics often forget about their own protection. The following case, which is certainly not sporadic, bears witness to that.
