Abstrakt		Thesis delineates the essential characteristics of anorexia nervosa. It describes the reasons for the resource, that can be accountable for this very difficult disease. The disease can frequently occur in period of adolescence. The specialists are noticing that the disease is more and more starting to appear at younger girls. It delineates the role of single services to recognize and heal the disease. This work also describes the behavioural and psychology signals of anorexia nervosa. A great attention of thesis delineates the multimodels of therapy which are used at the Department of Paediatrics in Ljubljana - the combination of medical and psycho-terapeutical treatment. It delineates a cognitive-behavioural therapy of anorexia nervosa and practical access to the therapy. The end of thesis delineates essential thinking about protection and announcement with some of significant findings about working with the anorexics patients. Accessing the treatment delineates a specific way of working with patients and their families.
