Abstrakt		Congenital bleeding disorders are inherited or can be de novo. They are rare diseases, except von Willebrand disease and hemophilias. Clinical picture and genetics are well known, the same is mostly true for pathogenesis. In recent years advances in molecular biology and genetic ingeniring has made diagnostic procedures and substitution therapy much better. The article focuses on congenital bleeding disorders, their epidemiology and clinical picture and on diagnostic procedures in bleeding disorders.
