Abstrakt		This two-year study evaluated the clinical performance of the Admira Bond adhesive system and Admira Flow composite for restoration of Class V lesions. A total of 118 restorations, placed mostly in cervical erosions without hard tissue preparation, were evaluated using USPHS criteria. At 24 months after placement, more than three fourth of the restorations showed good or excellent colour match and marginal adaptation, and little or no marginal discoloration. Only 10 fillings were missing. All retained restorations had excellent anatomical form and surface texture. No post-operative sensitivity was noted. On the basis of clinical experience and the results of this study, Admira Bond and Admira Flow can be recommended for routine use in the treatment of cervical lesions. The manufacturer's instructions must be carefully observed.
Izvleček		Klinično ocenjevanje materialov »Admira-bond« in >.Admira-flow« pri 118 plombah klinastih defektov, erozij in karioznih procesov na zobnem vratu s pomočjo merit USPHS je pokazalo, da več kot tri četrtine plomb tudi po 24 mesecih obdrži najboljšo ali vsaj zadovoljivo oceno glede barvne ustreznosti, obrobnega zabarvanja in obrobne zapore. Po 24 mesecih je izpadlo le 10 plomb. Glede površinske gladkosti in anatomske oblikovanosti so vse plombe imele najboljšo oceno tudi po 24 mesecih. Pri nobeni plombi ni bilo zaznati občutljivosti zoba po plombiranju. Na osnovi kliničnih izkušenj in izsledkov študije se materiala »Admira-bond« in »Admira-flow« priporoča za vsakdanjo rabo pri defektih na zobnem vratu, pri tem pa je potrebno strogo upoštevati navodila za uporabo.
