Abstrakt		The article includes an overview of knowledge on certain groups of medicinal products and their effects on psychophysical performartce, attained on the basis of laboratory and epidemiological studies. It discusses information on the classification system of medicinal products, which should play an important role in labelling registered medicinal products and selecting optimal, but safe medicinal products for participants in traffic.
