| Abstrakt | Severe acute biliary pancreatitis and acute suppurative cholangitis are life-threatening diseases. Urgent diagnostic procedures (lab, US/EUS) are needed. Urgent ERCP/EPT is a golden diagnostic and therapeutic standard. It should be performed in the first 24-hours after the onset of the diseases. | |
