Abstrakt		People with dementia are among the most vulnerable groups of every society. As such, their rights need to be respected, especially when they may no longer be able to understand or make decisions that affect their lives. Respect for fundamental human rights, such as the right to selfdetermination, the freedom of the individual and the integrity of the human body must dictate our approach to finding appropriate solutions. This paper presents positions of Alzheimer Europe with comments.
